The executive board is responsible for the daily affairs within the building. The audit committee examines the balance sheet and the statement of income and expenditure with explanatory notes and reports on its findings during the general meeting. The tenants' committee represents all residents of the GEB tower. The tenants' committee looks after the interests of the residents of the GEB tower and forms the link between the tenants and the landlord (Stadswonen Rotterdam). Within the residential building, the tenants' committee ensures the safeguarding and maintenance of a good living and study environment. The starting point for this is the Residential Regulations. In addition, the tenants' committee is involved in organising resident activities and supervises the tasks of the executive board.
