On this website, once you are registered, you can apply for available rooms in the GEB tower. When you have been chosen as the new tenant, you need a rental nomination. The rental management administrator will arrange this rental nomination for you after receiving a notification from the housemates in the relevant unit. With the rental nomination, you can make a contract appointment with Vestia Rotterdam Stadswonen. After your tenancy agreement starts, you can collect your keys from the administrator. If you have locked yourself out, you can drop by the Stadswonen Rotterdam branch during office hours to collect a spare key for a fee. First contact Stadswonen Rotterdam by calling 010-2456700.

If you have locked yourself out outside of office hours, you must contact a locksmith. The locksmith will be able to open the door for you. These costs are for your own account. We advise residents to stay with a friend or family member in this case, as these costs are very high.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To have a repair request dealt with as quickly as possible, you can give key permission. This means that the repair request can be carried out if you are not at home.
