We are the residents' association for the facilities of the GEB Tower building. The GEB Tower is a building owned by Stadswonen Rotterdam. Our association consists of a residents' committee, audit committee and the executive board.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The executive board consists of a manager, technical manager and a treasurer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0The executive board is responsible for the daily affairs within the building. The audit committee examines the balance sheet and the statement of income and expenditure with explanatory notes and reports on its findings during the general meeting. The tenants' committee represents all residents of the GEB tower. The tenants' committee looks after the interests of the residents of the GEB tower and forms the link between the tenants and the landlord (Stadswonen Rotterdam). Within the residential building, the tenants' committee ensures the safeguarding and maintenance of a good living and study environment. The starting point for this is the Residential Regulations.
